Leoch International Technology's (HKG:0842) subsidiary Zhaoqing Keli Machinery Equipment Manufacturing agreed to purchase certain production facilities from Guangdong Marshell Electric Vehicle for 50.8 million yuan, a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The production facilities include facilities, machinery, and equipment including sinks, stainless steel racks, transmission lines, and cooling systems among others, and will be used in the production by the group in its newly constructed or renovated workshops.

The facilities are expected to be delivered within 60 days from the date of the filing.
