Disa Ltd. (SGX:532) has appointed Chng Weng Wah as executive chairman, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Chng has been the managing director and CEO since 2005. He holds over 1.9 billion shares in the company and has previously served as a director for several SGX-listed firms, including Autagco (SGX:1D3), formerly Lifebrandz, and ASTI Holdings (SGX:575).
