Ta Yang Group Holdings (HKG:1991) issued and allotted 6.7 million fee shares to MDK Corporate Services to settle a service fee of HK$800,000 owed to MDK for corporate services, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The issued shares represent 0.51% of the enlarged issued shares of the company.

MDK had previously provided secretarial and accounting services to the company in order to assist the company in fulfilling its resumption guidance.
