Orion Energy Systems (OESX) said Monday it is collaborating with an unnamed energy management service provider serving over 6,500 customer locations nationwide.

The collaboration is projected to generate $2 million to $5 million in annual revenue, with initial contributions expected in Orion's fiscal Q4 ending March 31.

Under the agreement, Orion said it will perform facility lighting audits, install lighting retrofits, and deliver ongoing maintenance services to enhance energy efficiency and sustainability for the service provider's diverse customer base.

Financial terms of the partnership were not disclosed.
