AAR, Air France Industries KLM E&M Agree to Form JV in Thailand

AAR (AIR) and Air France Industries KLM Engineering & Maintenance said Thursday they have struck a deal to create a joint venture in the Asia-Pacific region to support nacelle maintenance, repair and overhaul services of aircraft.

Financial terms of the agreement weren't disclosed.

The new JV, subject to regulatory approval, will be located at AAR's Chonburi, Thailand facility, the companies said.
