Hopson Development (HKG:0754) recorded contracted sales of approximately 1.13 billion yuan in November, a Tuesday bourse filing said.

Of this, property and decoration contracted sales contributed around 1.01 billion yuan and 118 million yuan, respectively.

For the 11 months ended Nov. 30, contracted sales and gross floor area (GFA) reached 15.7 billion yuan and 495,048 square metres, respectively, with an average selling price of 30,309 yuan per square meter.

From January to November, property and decoration contracted sales came in at 15 billion yuan and 661 million yuan, respectively.
