Computershare (ASX:CPU) agreed to acquire investor relations platform ingage IR, the financial administration company said in a statement Thursday.

The company expects all ingage staff members to transfer as part of the deal.

The acquisition is anticipated to be completed by the end of the year, the company said.

Computershare shares rose nearly 1% in morning trade Friday.
