Charter Hall Social Infrastructure REIT (ASX:CQE) declared a distribution of AU$0.0375 per fully paid unit for the quarter ending Dec. 31, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.

It will be paid on Jan. 21, 2025, to unitholders on record as of Dec. 31, the filing said.

The company's shares rose almost 1% in recent Friday trade.
