Shares of Katrina Group Decreases Nearly 5%.

Katrina Group (SGX:1A0) exercised 1,102,000 warrants at an exercise price of SG$0.02 apiece, a filing with the Singapore Exchange said on Wednesday.

Accordingly, the number of issued ordinary shares of the company will increase from 238,962,008 ordinary shares to 240,064,008 ordinary shares, once the allotment and issuance of 1,102,000 new ordinary shares is completed.

The allotment will be completed following the resolution of the issue relating to the Bizfile website of the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority of Singapore, the filing said.

Following the exercise of warrants, there are 224,898,008 outstanding warrants as of Dec. 11.
