TeleChoice International (SGX:T41) completed the voluntary liquidation of indirect wholly owned subsidiary, Radiance Communications, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.

The subsidiary will be dissolved three months after the lodgement by the liquidator of the required return with the Registrar of Companies and the Official Receiver, the filing said.

The liquidation was carried out as Radiance Communications was not carrying any business or operations.
