Rox Resources (ASX:RXL) extended mineralization from an 11,000-meter diamond drilling program at the Youanmi gold project in the Murchison region of Western Australia, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
Drilling extended the known mineralization at the Pollard, Younami Main, and United North areas, with yields of up to 4.4 meters at 19.1 grams per tonne grade of gold from about 388 meters, including 1.7 meters at 41.4 grams per tonne grade of gold from about 390 meters, the filing said.
The company's shares fell nearly 3% in recent Friday trade.
