Air China (HKG:0753, SHA:601111) completed the issuance of 854,700,854 A-shares at 7.02 yuan per share to controlling shareholder China National Aviation Holding Corp or CNAHC, according to a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange.
Net proceeds from the issuance reached about 6 billion yuan.
CNAHC now holds 42.53% of the company or 7,421,462,701 as enlarged by the share issuance.
