Aeon Stores (Hong Kong) (HKG:0984) unit Guangdong AEON Teem has entered into a lease agreement with AEON Mall BM for a shop in Jinsha Mall, China, a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The agreement is valid from Feb. 1, 2025, to Jan. 31, 2028, the department store operator said.

AEON Mall BM has been assigned as the property manager of the shop by the landlord. The agreement will govern utility and facility maintenance expenses, as well as property management fees and sign boards related to the lease.

AEON Mall BM is a unit of AEON, the controlling shareholder of Aeon Stores (Hong Kong).
