ESR (HKG:1821) obtained a $2.5 billion five-year syndicated sustainability-linked term loan and revolving credit line, according to a Thursday press release.
The loan facility is the largest raised by the asset manager and among the largest in Southeast Asia in 2024, the company said.
The facility is in line with its 2030 ESG road map targets, the filing said.
