Poly Property Services (HKG:6049) has proposed to change its scope of business and will be holding an extraordinary general meeting on Jan. 7, 2025, for the approval of shareholders, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The proposed change in business scope is subject to the approval of the shareholders on the EGM, following which, the company will apply for relevant approvals from the Guangzhou Administration for Market Regulation for the change of business scope.

The company will close the register of holders of H shares from Jan. 2, 2025, to Jan.7, 2025.
