Royal Orchid Hotels (NSE:ROHLTD, BOM:532699) has signed two new properties in Goa, India, under its Regenta brand, according to a Saturday filing to the stock exchanges.
Named Regenta Baywatch Resort and Regenta Beach House, the hotels will have a total of 155 keys in the first phase.
With this, the hospitality company will have seven properties in Goa.
Shares of the company were up nearly 3% in recent trade.
