Metlen Energy Starts Primary Listing Process on LSE

Metlen Energy & Metals said it has started the regulatory process for a primary listing on the London Stock Exchange.

The Athens-listed industrial and energy company said on Monday that the process is the first step for the potential listing in 2025, and comes as the conclusion of a strategic review announced in April.

The company said it will keep its secondary listing on the Athens Stock Exchange.
