Shareholders of fertilizer company Sinofert (HKG:0297) will meet Dec. 30 to vote on the proposed renewal of two agreements entered into by unit Sinochem Fertilizer, a Dec. 13 bourse filing said.
The firm is renewing an agricultural products purchase and sale framework contract with ultimate controlling shareholder Sinochem Holdings.
A fertilizer import framework agreement between Sinochem Fertilizer and Sinochem Group, a unit of Sinochem Holdings, is also being renewed.
Both agreements, which are due to expire Dec. 31, are being renewed for three years starting Jan. 1, 2025, and ending Dec. 31, 2027.
