Trans-China Automotive (SGX:VI20) dissolved its dormant wholly owned Thailand-based subsidiary, TCA Auto Thailand, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday.
The dissolution of the subsidiary is not expected to impact the car dealership's financial statements for the year ending Dec. 31.
The company's shares were up nearly 2% in recent trade.
