Steadfast Group (ASX:SDF) received requests from the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC) to provide documents and information regarding trading in the company's securities by two of its employees between Aug. 30 and Sept. 2, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
The filing said that the insurance brokerage firm is coordinating with the regulator and is expected to respond to its requests.
It is still not certain if ASIC will take action on the matter or what the scope may be of any such action, the filing said.
