United Microelectronics (UMC) said Wednesday it has signed a 30-year power purchase agreement with Fengmiao I Offshore Wind Farm to buy over 30 billion kilowatt-hours of power.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
Shares of the company were up 3.2% in recent Wednesday premarket activity.
