Asia-Pacific Strategic Investments (SGX:5RA) entered into a cooperation agreement with the government of Timor-Leste for the operation and management of Oecusse Airport and Suai Airport, a filing with the Singapore Exchange said on Wednesday.
Under the agreement, the government of Timor-Leste will provide the company full access to the airport facilities and infrastructure while also helping with the creation of duty-free zones and bonded warehouses.
The proposed agreement is part of the group's entry into the aviation infrastructure sector and is subject to shareholder approval.
