The FCA plans to share its findings of its review in May. In parallel, an appeal is expected to be heard by the Supreme court in the first quarter, analyst Gary Greenwood says. "The range of interpretations and so possible outcomes with regards to the financial impact for the industry and its participants continues to be very wide," he says. (elena.vardon@wsj.com)
