Growthpoint Properties Australia (ASX:GOZ) declared a dividend of AU$0.112 per share for the six months ending Dec. 31, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
The dividend has a record date of Dec. 31 and is payable on Feb. 28, 2025, the filing said. The distribution reinvestment plan remains suspended.
The real estate investment trust's distribution guidance for the fiscal year 2025 ending June 30, 2025, is AU$0.203 per share. The funds from operations guidance is maintained at AU$0.223 to AU$0.231.
Growthpoint Properties' shares were down 2% in recent Thursday trade.
