A winding-up petition has been filed against gold mining company Renaissance Asia Silk Road (HKG:0274) in the Hong Kong High Court by Victor Arise, a Thursday bourse filing said.
The petition has been filed over claims of alleged indebtedness of a little over HK$3 million, being the principal amount of the convertible bonds issued by the company to the petitioner.
The court will hear the petition on Feb. 19, 2025.
