Airsculpt Technologies (AIRS) said Tuesday it has appointed Yogi Jashnani as chief executive officer and a board member.

Jashnani replaces Dennis Dean, who will step down as interim CEO but continue as Chief Financial Officer, effective Jan. 7, the company said.

Most recently, Jashnani was chief revenue officer at Sky Zone, AirSculpt said.
