VersaBank (VBNK) said Wednesday it completed an underwritten public offering of about 5.7 million common shares priced at $13.25 per share for gross proceeds of $75 million.
The bank also granted underwriters an option to buy up to an additional 15% of the shares until Jan. 15
Net proceeds are expected to be used for general banking purposes, VersaBank said.
