Installed Building Products (IBP) acquired Capital Insulation and CBS & Mirror for an undisclosed price.
Capital, based in Houston, serves the single-family, multifamily and commercial sectors, focusing on new construction projects, primarily installing fiberglass and spray foam insulation, and adds $12 million to annual revenue, Installed Building Products said Monday in a statement.
