Vector (TYO:6058) said its board has approved the creation of a joint venture in Taiwan with advertising agency Mars Holdings, according to its filing on Tuesday.
This venture aims to combine Vector's marketing strategy expertise with Mars Holdings' sales network to expand taxi signage and wrapping advertisements in Taiwan.
Named New Milestone, the company will be based in Taipei. Vector will hold a 60% ownership stake, and Mars Holdings will own 40%, with operations set to begin in February 2025.
