Renrui Human Resources Technology (HKG:6919) unit Shanghai Ruiying Human Resources Technology Group, along with two other parties, entered into a letter of intent to potentially sell 100% of Shanghai Sirui Information Technology to Neusoft (SHA:600718), a Monday bourse filing said.
The target company is currently held 46%, 43%, and 11% by Shanghai Ruiying Human Resources Technology, Dalian Neusoft Holdings, and Tianjin Ruiyi Enterprise Management Consulting Center (Limited Partnership), respectively.
If the sale goes through, the HR solutions provider will receive consideration for the deal in cash.
The parties are yet to enter a formal deal regarding the disposal.
