China Resources Power Holdings (HKG:0836) raised HK$3.31 billion in net proceeds from the issuance of 168,114,000 shares at HK$19.70 apiece to Commotra Co., a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The issued shares represent around 3.25% of the total number of enlarged issued shares of the company.
The coal and gas-fired power plants company plans to use the proceeds for repayment of certain financial liabilities, including bank borrowings and other payables.
