Haitian International Holdings' (HKG:1882) subsidiary Haitian Plastics Machinery Group agreed to purchase an automatic processing line and certain machines and related equipment from Ningbo Haitian Precision Machinery (SHA:601882) for 206.5 million yuan, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The assets to be purchased include an automatic processing line, CNC turning machines, machining centers, and related equipment manufactured by Ningbo Haitian Precision Machinery.
The group will source the purchase with its internal resources.
