Shares of TalkMed Group decreases over 2%.

TalkMed Group (SGX:5G3) has issued 1.5 million new ordinary shares following the vesting of share awards under its performance share plan, according to a Thursday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

The allotment raises the company's issued and paid-up share capital to 1.328 billion shares from 1.329 billion shares previously. The newly issued shares carry equal rights as existing shares.
