Clearbridge Health (SGX:1H3) entered into a subscription agreement with Ong Choon Yi for the subscription of 309,500,000 shares in the company's capital for an issue price of SG$0.0031 per share and an aggregate consideration of SG$959,450.

Proceeds raised from the placement will be utilized for general working capital and for repayment of existing borrowings, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.
