Aspen Group (ASX:APZ) reported a 6.6% increase in its independent property valuations between December and June, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
Six properties were externally revalued representing 15% of Aspen's total investment property value, which stood at AU$86.4 million.
Further, Aspen declared an interim distribution of AU$0.05 per security for the half year ending Dec. 31, up 18% on the previous corresponding period and representing 50% of the minimum distribution guidance of AU$0.10 per security for fiscal 2025. The dividend will be paid on Feb. 28, 2025, to shareholders on record as of Dec. 31.
