Kingkey Financial International (Holdings) (HKG:1468) signed a memorandum of understanding with WhaleFin Markets to explore potential collaborations in various sectors, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The parties are in talks to collaborate on the development and expansion of business opportunities through artificial intelligence, green energy and finance, and virtual asset-related business.

The resulting collaboration between the parties may include the sharing and exchange of knowledge and expertise, and available networks of the parties across various geographical regions and markets.
