Critica (ASX:CRI) completed its unmarketable parcel share sale facility, enabling shareholders with less than AU$500 worth of shares to sell their holdings without incurring brokerage or handling fees, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
Under the terms of the sale facility, 20.7 million shares held by 2,166 shareholders were sold for AU$273.8 million, the filing said.
Proceeds will be returned to shareholders via direct credit to their bank accounts, the filing added.
