Intelligent Monitoring Group (ASX:IMB) received offers and selected an indicative term sheet from one of Australia's "Big 4" banks to refinance its ADT unit's acquisition-related debt facility, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company will move to finalize the facility in January and February 2025.
The refinancing is expected to materially improve the company's free cash flow, the filing said.
