Great Eastern Holdings (SGX:G07) has completed the dissolution of LGlobal Funds, which was placed under members' voluntary liquidation in November 2020, according to a Tuesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

As a result, LGlobal Funds has ceased to be an indirect subsidiary of Great Eastern.
