Tabcorp Holdings (ASX:TAH) named Jarrod Villani as chief commercial and media officer, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.

The betting and entertainment services company also appointed Narelle McKenzie as chief legal officer, the filing said.

McKenzie joins the company after holding multiple general counsel roles for almost 20 years at Telstra (ASX:TLS).

Meanwhile, Chief Transformation Officer Robert Fraser assumed the role of chief technology and transformation officer, the company said.

Chief Customer Officer Jenni Barnet and Chief Information Officer Alan Sharvin will leave the business, the company added.

Tabcorp also created a new chief wagering office role, which is expected to be filled next year.
