EUDA Health Holdings (EUDA) said late Monday it has entered into preliminary discussions with Guangdong Cell Biotech to form a joint venture.
The potential collaboration between EUDA and Guangdong, a stem cell-focused biotech company, is aimed at biotechnology and consumer health sector innovations, the company said.
The two companies have not yet entered into a legally binding agreement, EUDA said.
