APA Group (ASX:APA) signed development, gas transportation, and connection agreements with Tamboran Resources (ASX:TBN) and Daly Waters Energy, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
Under the agreements, APA will build, own, and operate the 37-kilometer Sturt Plateau pipeline, which will connect Tamboran's Shenandoah South Pilot Project to APA's Amadeus gas pipeline in the Northern Territory, the filing said.
Construction of the pipeline is set for completion by early 2026, with an estimated cost of AU$66.5 million, the filing added.
Revenue under the gas transportation agreement will start in the first half of fiscal 2026 and will continue until at least 2041, per the filing.
Shares of APA Group were down nearly 1% in recent Tuesday trade, while Tamboran Resources' shares rose almost 4%.
