Vysarn (ASX:VYS) completed its acquisition of CMP Consulting Group, effective Dec. 1, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The company also won a shared purchasing professional service contract with Sydney Water Corporation to provide design services to major projects via a master services agreement, effective until June 30, 2027.

The integrated water service provider's shares jumped 10% in recent trade.
