China Communications Construction (HKG:1800, SHA:601800) unit CCCI Treasure redeemed $1 billion of all outstanding securities on Thursday, a same-day bourse filing said.

Following completion, the securities have been canceled, according to the engineering and construction company.

The issuer will apply to the Hong Kong bourse to withdraw the listing of the securities, which is expected to become effective Jan. 3, 2025.
