Perma-Fix Environmental Services (PESI) said Wednesday it has priced an underwritten public offering of 2.2 million common shares at $10 apiece for gross proceeds of about $22 million.
The company said it has offered the underwriter a 30-day option to buy up to 330,000 additional shares at the offering price, less the underwriting discount.
The offering will likely close around Thursday, Perma-Fix said, adding that it plans to use the net proceeds to finance research and development efforts and for general corporate purposes, among other uses.
