Zhejiang Expressway's (HKG:0576) certain subsidiaries, branches, and management offices agreed to engage Zhejiang Shunchang, Maintenance Co., and Jiaogong Maintenance for traffic safety project maintenance for certain expressways of the group.

Zhejiang Expressway will pay a consideration of 10.1 million yuan to the three parties for the contract, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

Under the contract, the contractors will inspect, supplement, and implement isolation fences on certain expressways and signage and related traffic safety ancillary facilities projects along certain expressways to reduce the occurrence of accidents.
