Pantoro (ASX:PNR) completed a mining agreement with traditional owner representative Ngadju Native Title Aboriginal Corporation RNTBC, or NNTAC, for the Norseman gold project in Western Australia, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

As per the deal, both parties established a framework to provide initiatives to the Ngadju People, including education, conservation efforts, cultural awareness, community engagements, local employment, and local business support, the filing said.

The company's shares were down 1% in recent Tuesday trade.
