Kingkey Financial International's (Holdings) (HKG:1468) subsidiary Leading Tide Group agreed to form a joint venture targeting operation and management of graphics processing units' (GPUs) server clusters in Thailand with certain other parties, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The other parties to the joint venture include SIAM AI, Venture Hub, FCGM Strategic Investment, and Boon Long.
The JV will aim to provide GPU leasing solutions to domestic and international clients.
Leading Tide will hold 9% ownership of the JV, SIAM AI will hold 40% while the other parties will hold the remaining 50% ownership of the JV.
