Ta Chen Stainless Pipe (TPE:2027) said its unit Ta Chen International will acquire 12,000 shares of TCI Texarkana for a total of $60 million.

The shares will be purchased at 5,000 apiece, according to a Monday Taiwan Exchange filing.

Following the transaction, Ta Chen International will fully own TCI Texarkana, it noted.
