Nukkleus (NUKK) said Tuesday it acquired a 51% controlling stake in Star 26 Capital, a defense acquisition firm holding 95% ownership in RIMON, an Israeli supplier of "critical components" for the Iron Dome missile defense system, for $26 million.

Shares of Nukkleus surged 876% as intraday trading volume catapulted to over 150 million from a daily average of about 587,000.

Portage Biotech (PRTG) said Tuesday it entered into a letter of intent to negotiate an option agreement to sell its iOx Therapeutics subsidiary to Immunova.

Shares of Portage almost tripled as intraday trading volume soared to more than 33.6 million from a daily average of about 924,000.

SEALSQ (LAES) disclosed on Tuesday a partnership with Hedera to deliver "next-generation quantum-resistant semiconductors, integrating cutting-edge security solutions to protect critical infrastructures in the emerging post-quantum world."

The collaboration through the Hashgraph Group represents a "critical step forward in addressing quantum threats that could compromise traditional cryptographic systems."

Shares of SEALSQ jumped 10%, with intraday trading volume at over 71.6 million compared with a daily average of about 14 million.
